Located in a lovely neighborhood with easy parking, Legend is professional, skilled, and always on time. The shop has a beautiful and friendly atmosphere, making clients feel fantastic. Whether it's brows, lashes, or a full treatment, Legend's small business is a must-visit in PDX.
A truly legendary first experience. I was nervous, not knowing quite what to expect, and was instantly put at ease the moment I stepped in. The space is so gender-affirming and relaxing, and Legend is such a sweetheart! I wanted a more femme appearance, as well as lash curling/dye, and got some stuff waxed while I was at it. everything went smoothly and painlessly, and I left feeling like a million bucks of glitter and glam! 11/10, can't stop coming back. ✨💖✨ side note: they were very understanding of my deafness and did everything to make sure that i understood them and clearly communicated every step of the process. absolutely wonderful experience.
Legend is such an incredible presence and effortlessly talented (or at least she makes it look easy!). I have had nothing but lovely individualized attention and care from her, and her bedside manner is hard to rival. Highly recommend!
Had a lovely experience with Legend who was super helpful and attentive for what I wanted and explaining processes as this was my first time getting my lashes done. Very welcoming and sunny atmosphere and couldn't have been more happy with my results.
