Our experience with Kim Ross has been excellent. She has gone above and beyond to help us get a Quote on a hardwood floor that is only in stores on the East Coast. Where some floor decor employees were unable to help us, Kim made sure to go through the proper channels and do what was needed to be done to get us a quote. We will definitely be looking for her when we go into the store and for future projects.

Fantastic assistance from Jonathan who pulled product from the back, located an out-of-stock tile at another location, called them for us to make sure it was available. He facilitated a remote sale so we were sure to get what we needed which, as it turns out was out of stock because it was discontinued! Thanks Jonathan!
