This place has the best deals, lots of varieties, and the best prices in town, they have actual bathrooms designs to see the product and style. The staff are helpful and friendly, fast service you can appreciate.

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I received at this North Portland store while purchasing tiles for my bathroom remodel. Shirley from the design department was immensely helpful! She went above and beyond in helping me select materials for my kitchen and bathroom projects. She even engaged my 11 year old daughter in the process. Since Floor & Decor offers so many options, it would have taken us a lot longer to navigate the store and make our selections. Thankfully, Shirley quickly understood our vision / overall style of home and steered us toward options that worked well for our needs.
