The team made you feel very comfortable & explained in great detail what procedure would be like, what to expect & follow up care. And to Top, that wonderful experience, my surgeon called in the evening just to check on me!!
I came in to get a wisdom tooth pulled. Of course I was quite anxious, expecting some pain. The dental assistant was exceptional (unfortunately don’t remember his name). He checked in frequently before the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Gainford had the same attitude. He explained the process before starting and let me know to give him a tap if I felt any pain. He was VERY precise with his hands starting with the novocaine shot, and the actual extraction. Could not have been more impressed with the doctor. My daughter, 15, was having an issue on her inner lip due to braces. Long story short, she needed surgery and we found this clinic online. They were able to accommodate an initial appointment that week. Most other clinics were booked weeks out. This was not because they aren’t busy, but they made room for her because my kiddo was in a lot of pain.
