I came in for a blow dry and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time before being seen. My hair wasn’t even shampooed twice, which is normally standard for a proper blow dry, and the end result wasn’t smooth at all, very frizzy. My hair doesn’t feel clean at all. I have extensions and underneath doesn’t feel like it was even washed. Very disappointed.

Not the best customer service, by far. Got checked in by a grumpy person. Got called for my cut by a grumpy stylist. In fact she only ever said 6 words to me through the entire cut. “Do you color your own hair?” To which I replied “ No, I am desperate for a cut and color but don’t have time today for everything, so it’s just the cut”. Then silence. Mind you, I don’t need chit chat but it was weird and awkward and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. She works in hospitality…customer service should be here bread and butter. She was also the most experienced stylist in the salon, so I paid a fair amount for the 1” trim I received. Unfortunately, I won’t be back despite this salon being close to home. Bummer.

I booked a same-day appointment with Sarah my first time here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. My hair turned out exactly how I had imagined it and Sarah was so much fun. She’s both sweet and talented so I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist to go to. I’ll definitely be back, thank you Sarah and Dosha Salon! 🫶

Sarah is amazing! She is so nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. Willing to answer any questions I have and is very thoughtful and respectful when discussing hair plans. I have gotten my hair cut and dyed by her and I plan to continue doing all my hair services with Sarah for the foreseeable future. Thanks for being awesome :)

I came in for the first time and the atmosphere is great and cozy. I saw Madelyn and instantly felt comfortable and left feeling so much better. It’s hard finding a stylist in a new area especially when you are in the industry yourself and I will be back! Pricing is also very reasonable for the area which is refreshing!

Used to love this place. They changed the lighting last year or so and the salon now has blue tone LED lights. It’s no longer a zen or relaxing space. I now leave with a headache. Super sad because I think the stylists are excellent .

Scammy- be careful with your money here. Wanted to charge us $800 to do some simple highlights on a 14 year old’s hair. They consider it a color correction if you’ve ever had any dye in your hair (even years ago), so $200/hr…! Needless to say we canceled that appt!
