David and his wife were very friendly and warm upon greeting them. They were meticulous and very tidy, and had my chimney well cleaned, leaving no trace behind other than an immediately noticeably cleaner firebox, in just over an hour. Fantastic communication, very professional and kind and they worked quickly. It's a father-son team which I thought was cool. They gave my husband some tips on things he wanted to fix himself.
