They did great with a furnace and AC replacement in an older home we just purchased. There were a couple of items that were not addressed in the first installation, but were quickly rectified in a followup visit.

I had a weekend emergency AC repair needed, and the company I called out tried to convince me my furnace (installed 2013) had a cracked heat exchanger and needed immediate replacement, I called Deluxe — the company that originally installed the unit — for a second opinion. I'm very glad I did. Their technician performed a thorough inspection and tune-up: a borescope examination of the heat exchanger and a flame displacement test.
