Overall great experience with Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. It first started with an inspection of my old units which were getting close to 20 years old and I could tell they might be losing steam. Don came out to look over everything and pointed out that the AC unit was running colder than expected which meant the furnace was probably not in the best shape either. Sure enough he inspected the furnace and found more problems. Don was informative, kind, and very helpful. Brenden the technician who came to my home was amazing! Friendly, polite and professional and did great work. I will not, however, be using Cornel’s service any longer due to their high pricing and inability to get a hold of anybody who calls me. I continually had someone named Amber calling me several times a day and whenever I called her back she was NEVER available. Extremely frustrating!
Adrian exceeded our expectations. He was very professional, timely and his work was very good. He left our bathroom cleaner than when he started. If we ever need plumbing service again we will be looking to Adrian. Friendly too!
