I have been a client at Concordia Wellness (mostly with Sarah) for 3+ years and I can't recommend them more highly. I went in after experiencing arm pain and numbness because my tight muscles affecting my nerves and regular massage has helped keep this in check. Sarah is incredibly responsive to my needs at the time and I just really love her as a person.
