We are using this agency for a lot of reasons. Michael has always been very polite kind snd extremely knowledgeable either us. Whenever we had any questions he would answer them for us. Today he has been very instrumental in helping me come up with a care plan for our family to help us with my mother. We have been taking care at home for quite some time. We got her a new oxygen concentrator that will allow to have more oxygen. This may help in our biggest problem. If we can get a handle on it we may not need to find a care home for her.
