Comfort Heating and Cooling were very responsive to the service I needed. Julie and Charlie had the new parts ordered and had my appointment scheduled immediately. Jacob arrived and did an excellent job. The job took a little longer than originally expected due to some unforeseen challenges. But Jacob got the job done in a kind and professional manner. We have been using Comfort Heating and Cooling for years to service our home, rentals and an industrial building. We have also purchased new units from them. They have been fantastic. Last week Jacob serviced both furnaces and AC units at our home. Very knowledgable and professional. Answered all my questions. Presented himself well and was friendly.
