Just had a new AC system installed and couldn't be happier with the results! Jamal Poe and their team of installers spent so much time with us, outlining our options and helping us make the right decisions. I've raved about them to my friends and family and would highly recommend them!
Today we had Edgar Loria from Columbia Heating & Cooling, LLC out to look at our HVAC system, and he was fantastic. Edgar took the time to walk through the entire setup, confirmed that my installation work was done correctly, and pinpointed the real issue — the damper unit was simply the wrong one. He didn’t try to upsell anything, just gave honest guidance and told me where to get the proper replacement.

Great company to work with and good pricing! Jamal was easy to work with, honest, happy to spend extra time explaining things, and was very thorough to ensure everything was assessed and done correctly.
The installers also did a good job running through everything afterwards. Would highly recommend!
