30 years ago Clow replaced our low (2x12) pitched roof with a new built up roof. The roof was warrantied for 15 years. We chose to paint the roof with a special silver paint instead of using pebbles at Clow's advice and repeated the process every 5 years. After 15 years the roof was still in excellent condition. We continued with regular annual cleaning and inspections. The roof remained in excellent condition until this year, but finally showed signs of impending failure. We again invited bids from Clow as well as 4 other contractors. Had a new roof installed and gutters replaced by Clow Roofing. They did an excellent job while also using quality materials. Very competitive pricing as well. Doug Baker was easy to communicate with and was great to work with.
