Regina is the most gentle barber I have ever had. She did everything quick and as directed. There was one issue with my sideburns but I did not communicate very well so I will not fault her whatesoever, especiallysince she addressed my issue right away. I will be back!

I recently moved to Portland, and as always, finding a hairstylist I genuinely connect with—someone who understands what I’m looking for, even when I can’t fully articulate it myself—was a challenge. I'm very pleased to say that I finally did— Regina, at Cloak and Dagger. I've been to her twice and both times she's nailed it. I went from long hair to shorter and then shorter (which is always challenging) and both times she has exceeded my expectations. The place was amazing. I loved the atmosphere a touch of old fashion meets modern. The staff was great very engaging with their clients and friendly they offer drinks on the house while you wait. Getting hot towels is a great way to relax. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a beard or hair to cut.
