Poor customer service. Limited coding abilities. Tricky/sneaky contracts. They continued to charge me AFTER our contract was terminated. They also do not have an exit plan when you switch to a better EMR and will leave your account open without helping you transition your patients. This company is not a good set up if your clinic bills Speech-Language Pathology Services.

While the software was fairly easy to use, do NOT use this company for your billing. In just 9 months of using their billing services I had over $250,000 in A/R. Phone calls and emails were ineffective. I eventually had to hire an in house biller to clean up their mess and ended up losing $164,000 in A/R !! Absolutely horrible billing company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Simple things like moving an appointment breaks the entire schedule (actually just for one Dr - but ops typically has everyones schedule open - so it effectively breaks the entire schedule). 140 char SMS limit, no email formatting (plain text only), no ability to import/export data. Appointment reminders often not sent. After selling us E-Verify, they now say it's "best practice" to not use it because it's usually wrong. Tech support closes tickets if restarting the program and/or rebooting the computer "fixes" it - It feels more like 1989 than 2019.
