My long time hairstylist retired and I was lucky to find Rita, here. She cut my hair the way I like it. Plus,she is super friendly. I enjoyed chatting with her during my appointment.

What a nightmare! If I could give -5 stars, I WOULD! I’m hearing impaired & brought my 22yrs old autistic daughter in with EXPLICIT REQUEST to SAVE as much as possible of her hair that became horribly matted while I was extremely ill for 2wks. The woman made no attempts at all to save any of her hair before chopping off a HUGE chunk of her thigh length hair to shoulder length right after I told her I was able to remove half of the matting MYSELF in just a few hours. The woman was rude & constantly cutting me off while appearing pissy & impatient. She traumatized my daughter & I fear I may never get her to step foot in a salon again after this.

Payed almost 50 for a cut, wash, and style. Was told 25 and did not have an option to refuse tip. Wash was fine. Cut RUINED my curls. Looks even worse when straightened. I asked for triangle bangs and got micro bangs. Straightened my hair with NO heat protectant. Added a greasy product to my hair in the middle of straightening it which defeated the purpose of the wash and protection from heat damage. She Then proceeded to style my hair with ONLY WATER, after she butchered it. Never again… I went home and cried. The picture is what it looks like after i straightened it myself because I had a feeling the cuts were uneven after I told her I like to wear my hair straight. (Naturally curly hair). Would give 0 stars if possible

Ive been looking for a beautician for a long time. I reached out to Rita and told her what I needed. She got me in right away. I explained to her what hair style (Dolly Partons) I wanted and that's what I got. Rita is the best! She's an awesome hair stylist. She Rocks!

I’ve gone to Loretta at the other salon she worked at and overall liked what she did for my coloring and Bob cuts. But this time I wanted to start growing out my gray and was going to get a bob cut with some bleach streaks so that the gray would blend in better. She found a photo online that came to the model’s chin. She showed it to me and my daughter and we liked it. She immediately pulled out a razor and shaved the back and then both the sides. I expressed my concern and unhappiness with the length, but all she kept saying was that once she styled it that it’ll look better. By this time, it was too late and I had to let her finish. Not once did she use scissors on my hair, just the razor. I couldn’t help but start crying and she then proceeded to argue with me saying that she’d followed the picture. However, she couldn’t find it to prove her point. She asked my daughter what she thought, and she also said that it wasn’t close at all to the photo. I was so upset and shocked, but felt like I had to pay her. All I wanted to do was go home and hide. I’ve been so devastated ever since and now have to try wearing wigs as I grow out my hair. I later texted her my disappointment and she never responded. She’s lost a loyal client.

Been here a couple of times and was great but recently there has been a couple of people living in a van behind the shop making it feel uncomfortable there but the people that stay in the trailer are nice.Services: Hair straightening
