This place is so special. The people here are professional, educated, experienced and intuitive. Every time I go in my therapist finds my problem areas and works them out. Sometimes I don’t even know they are problem areas until the practitioners find them and work them out. I have had both massage (with Anne and Jen) and pelvic floor treatment with Machelle. The pelvic floor treatment helped me immediately with hip and pubic symphysis pain. As an elite athlete and new mom I had tried for years to get at my problematic piriformis with nothing was effective as the single treatment I had at CBR. I have been to multiple practitioners at CBR and everyone is wonderful. Maggie has masterful deep tissue/firm pressure, Anne’s techniques released my entire neck and spine, Alexandra was very soothing. They’ve been extremely helpful in navigating insurance benefits and I’ve been able to be seen regularly as a result.
Everyone is kind and welcoming and I always leave feeling miles better.
