I’ve attended 10 classes today and loving it so far! All the instructors are very helpful. I love that they themselves practice lagree and know what they’re teaching. Class itself is fun and engaging. It is low impact but that does not mean it’s not challenging! I’ve left every class sweaty and feeling like I’ve had a great workout.

So happy to have found Chromacore through a friend. The staff I've taken classes with are supportive and kind. Time under tension is a real burner and will leave you sweating and shaking by the end of 45 minutes. I love that everyone is so focused on the class that there is no sense of competition. Give it a try - you might love it too!

A full mind and body workout that leaves me feeling like I can accomplish anything! The lights, music, and scents create a multi-sensory experience unlike any other workout I’ve ever done. The instructors are amazing and I look forward to every class!
