Excellent Customer service and follow through. Company was able to bill for services and show up sooner than any of the competition. I had a hard time getting anyone until I found Chimney Sweep Specialists. I will be using them for all our future needs.

First time cleaning for my wood stove insert. James showed up on time, explained what he would do, listened to my question about replacing firebricks. Company has a clean Contractors Board (CCB) history with no complaints which said a lot to me.
