Clients praise the excellent communication from the Charter team, with weekly meetings and prompt delivery of meeting minutes. The budget items were also explained clearly, and the project superintendent and manager received special recognition for their outstanding work. Furthermore, a client who had a leak in their upstairs unit had a fantastic experience with Charter. The team was highly communicative, ensuring the client was informed throughout the process. The on-site workers, such as Michael and Joseph, were considerate and did an excellent job, even going the extra mile to match the paint color. There’s no question in my mind that charter construction is one of the finest construction outfits operating in the Portland Vancouver area. Their Workman are truly Artist. They have attention to detail. They’re very very thorough and how they do their finished work and it was an absolute pleasure to do business with them.

I appreciated the concern he showed for me while working with the insurance company. Jeff Howard did an outstanding Job of supervising the reconstruction. First to arrive for great organization and last to leave to approve the results. He brought in a qualified crew who knew his expectations. He trusted them and treated them respectively. Charter performed water damage mitigation and restoration work and did an outstanding job. However, they need to work on their billing system, which accepted my payments, but took forever to verify that the payment was received.
