The clinic is great but the front desk with that Raul is terrible!!!! He is lazy, unprofessional, uneducated …….. he never helps when you call as he is lazy ,arrogant and incompetent individual! He denied to help and provide information to me and turned off the phone telling me not to talk to him in any way!!! Disrespectful individual and I urge they train or get rid of this horrible individual!!!! My doctor Tran is amazing 🙏

Only financing options thats just reffering me to signing up for a credit card with extremely high interest rates an sketchy score of 1.4/5 for charging interest on interest. They should do better. Dont trust CareCredit

I like coming to CHD. The staff here are friendly and nice. The dental hygienist Guillermo is professional, friendly and a well mannered guy. I have not been to my dentist for the last two years. So I was a sure I would need a deep cleaning. But Guillermo made sure that the procedure did not hurt me and was very concerning. My dentist Dr.Christin was very sweet and patient enough to listen to my questions and explained well. She has a good sense of humor too. Thank you!

I have regularly scheduled teeth cleaning here and have been pleased with the care and results. Today I had something serious come up was able to arrange a special appointment today. So good to be able to get in and get the necessary care without any waiting.

I had an extremely bad experience with Cedar Hills Dental Care, and I want to warn people. First, some info: I am a Level 6 Local Guide on Google, and this is the first negative review I have ever given.
I went to this dentist because my previous dentist (who was fantastic) finally retired. Soon after that, I had a minor accident that cracked a tooth, so I had to find a dentist fast. I picked a nearby dentist and made an appointment. In retrospect, I should have been more careful and asked around for a good dentist.
I do not have dental insurance, but the receptionist told me they have a program where I would pay a monthly fee and they would cover my regular cleanings and give a discount. So I signed up for that. I would soon discover that was a mistake. They didn’t have a contract for that program, but said they would mail it to me. When I received the contract, it said that if I ever cancelled the program, I would have to pay them back for any dental care that I had received while under the program. So I could never cancel without it costing me a bunch of money! I called them up and immediately cancelled the program.
Back to my original appointment, they took an X-ray, but after they did that they said that they didn’t get the image right, and they had to redo the X-ray. When I finally got their bill, they charged me for both X-rays, even though the person who took them had apologized for not getting the first one right. Strike one.
When the dentist did my evaluation, they quickly referred me to a dental surgeon. I thought that seemed excessive, but the dentist gave me a coupon for that surgeon that said it was for a free evaluation. So I figured I should do it (after all, I needed my tooth fixed fast). But when I finally got an appointment for the surgeon, they refused to see me until I paid them $335 (it seemed suspicious that I had to pay before receiving any services). There were more problems with the surgeon, but this is not a review of them. It just seemed bad that the dentist told me that I would get a free evaluation, but that turned out to be a lie. Also, the surgeon told me it would take 6 months and an huge amount of money to fix my tooth.
At that point, I decided that I needed a second opinion. Luckily I found a dentist who was highly recommended. This dentist spent more time with me than the one at Cedar Hills Dental Care, and told me that all I needed was a crown, which would cost way less than the surgery (which they said was NOT needed). To make a long story short, I switched to this new dentist. They did the crown, and my tooth is now fixed.
Unfortunately, this is not the end of the story. I got the bill from Cedar Hills Dental Care, and as mentioned it charged me for both X-rays. So I called the office and told them what happened, and they said they would fix it. But a month later I got a new bill from them, and they are still charging me for both X-rays. And they are threatening to start charging me 18% interest if I don’t pay right away. They are also charging me for a “Limited oral evaluation”, which according to my second opinion was a bad evaluation.
There to be something wrong with the reviews of Cedar Hills Dental Care on Google maps. They claim that they have been in business for 30 years, and yet they only have 33 reviews (not counting this one that I’m about to post). And to me, the reviews seem suspicious. For example, most of them were posted at a similar time, one year ago. The dentist I ended up with has 196 reviews, spread out over a long time.
Since they didn’t respond to a direct complaint, I hope this review helps. I am supposed to pay over $500 for a bad evaluation and a botched X-ray, but without actually doing any dental work on me, which just seems wrong. And their business practices (their “program”, their bait and switch coupon, and sending me to a surgeon who was not needed) seem very shady.

Lousy! When I asked them what they would charge for a teeth cleaning for my daughter, They refused to quote a price. I asked could they give me an idea so I can decide if I could afford it, they rudely said-WE ARE NOT EXCEPTING NEW PATIENTS! It's one of those companies where if you have to ask them how much, then they tell you to get lost.

I look forward to days I come in for an appointment at Cedar Hills Dental Care because it’s my self-care day and I know I’m going to have a good time because the staff are friendly. I referred a family member and they also took care of them and they had a great experience as well!
