We moved to Cathedral a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend. We've seen several of their veterinarians and techs in that time. There's so much positive to say about our care at Cathedral. We mostly see Dr. Jenny - she's the best. She makes such a fuss over our pets, which I'm sure she does with all the dogs and cats but it makes us feel special. We've had some ups and downs with our pets over the years and she's always steered us in the right direction. Very grateful to have her. We also love the techs. We've worked with MJ most recently when our kitten was sick and MJ just seems so delighted to see her. I think they might love our pets more than we do LOL. I was in the clinic last week and one of the front desk staff, Libby, really likes dog. She drew the cutest picture on a sticky note that was an absolute likeness of our girl. It's now framed in our house. Libby also had a magic trick a few visits ago to get our dog to stop crying in the waiting room; she gave her a little bit of spray cheese on a tongue depressor and that kept our dog occupied while we waited to be roomed.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been bringing my two dogs to this clinic for a year (the Kenton location for two years previously) and have had nothing but passionate and patient care for our many visits. Always friendly, prompt to return calls, consistently following up after illnesses to check on the pups, attentive staff.

I was quoted $1000-$1400 to have a female kitten spayed. 3 to 4 times any other vet in the area. The explanation was to pay for training and extra IV lines for the surgery. And I was asked to pay upfront to secure an appointment. No thanks! This is not acceptable to me.

We had a wonderful first appointment the other day! We arrived a little early and were promptly taken to a room to wait. Kai and Dr. Alanna were both so kind and patient with my anxious fur child. I got the discharge email, test results, and the prescription I asked for really quickly. It’s clear this clinic has their workflow dialed in!

Cathedral Animal Hospital really cares about animals! They were so caring and helped me get seen that day for an urgent matter, despite not being an established patient. Price was reasonable and transparent!

Yoshi (Australian Cattle Dog/Black Labrador mix) is very anxious and leash reactive. Every time we visit the staff have been very accommodating by giving him space and making sure there are no dogs in the waiting room.
The female-owned clinic is very clean, does not have a harsh odor like other clinics and there is on-site parking.

Dr. Kelly Creech and the attending nurse were both absolutely amazing with our sweet-but-anxious 11 year old ginger kitty. This was our first time to the clinic and I was maybe even more nervous than our cat because of how terrible of a time we have getting him in the carrier and how much of a jerk he's been at other vets. But this was the first time he didn't hiss or growl at anyone, and they made everything very chill and even fun. I would totally hang out with Dr. Creech!
I'm sure it also helps that they have a ton of Feliway plugins and the clinic is so clean it doesn't smell like dog, even though we saw dogs there. They also take Care Credit for payment, and the check-in and check-out processes were easy and simple. I also appreciate that both the receptionist and the doctor loved our cat's name (Count Rugen) and knew the movie reference immediately. :)
Very happy we found a neighborhood vet just a couple blocks away and would absolutely recommend them!

The staff was friendly and professional. They were patient, detailed, good listeners and informative. Plus Maya received plenty of treats 😆 Would highly recommend Dr Johanna and Caitlyn.

I cannot say enough to adequately express how grateful I am for Cathedral Animal Hospital. We love Dr Jenny and the all the vet techs! One of our pups is quite nervous and they all took the time to get to know her and establish reporte with her instead of just forcing things or rushing through everything like past vets have done. They are all gentle, efficient and knowledgeable and I trust them 100% with our animals. And our dogs always look forward to the supreme treats!
