I have been with cascadia since 2017. Through their programs for case management, primary care, therapy, housing, med management etc. They have gotten me through many tough spots, but have also contributed to some of it.
Initially, they were decent, I had low standards due no experience with any other providing organizations. I had many different therapists, and providers over the years. Their system is now a complete mess, with horrid treatment of clients and employees alike from what ive seen, heard, and been through. Overtime they have dropped the ball.

PHARMACY HOURS ARE NOT THE SAME. Couldn't find them anywhere online, just the 6pm close. Pharmacy actually closes an hour earlier @ 5pm. Just a heads up. Which it was easier to find online.

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is my lifeline. Since 2016 I have visited several of their locations. Each and everyone has supported and treated me with care and respect. I am now with my most favorite staff. The resilience they carried each day during the move and construction of the new Garlington building was superb.
When they opened their doors to us I could see the pride they felt in the smiles welcoming me. Every single staff I have encountered has given me tools to cope and learn and grow.
