The entire staff is friendly and attentive, explaining every step of the procedure, making patients feel comfortable and valued. Doctors are kind, with great bedside manner, taking time to explain symptoms and medication. The office is easy to reach, and the administration staff provides fantastic service, making it possible for international patients to book appointments with ease.
This facility is fantastic! I've been coming here for many years because they actually care! I've had so many bad experiences in the past at other places (not being listened to, not taking pain seriously, ect). They truly listen and make you feel cared for. They take your concerns seriously and treat you extremely well. Would highly recommend. <3
Nurse Emily and Dr. Cohen made me feel very comfortable and safe during my first visit. I knew exactly what to expect, which helped me relax and feel at ease during my Pap smear and IUD removal. Dr. Cohen took the time to really get to know me as a patient and made me feel very seen and heard. That has not always been my experience, so the level of attention and warmth was very meaningful. I highly recommend them for women’s healthcare!
Dr. Cohen is one the best doctors I have ever seen, gynecologist or otherwise (and I have seen A LOT of doctors over my lifetime). The intake staff were absolutely lovely as well.
Dr. Cohen has incredible bedside manner, she instantly made me feel at ease. She’s funny, kind, and most importantly, super knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and went over my history, I never felt rushed at all. She took the time to thoroughly explain concepts I was not familiar with and different options for my care, with visual aids and explanations on what specific procedures would look like.
