As an anxious person, I can safely say that this office has given me every reason to come back and refer my loved ones here. I visited three times and called the office plenty of times, and every interaction was met with kindness, attentiveness, and understanding.
Both the front office staff and Dr. Dion were truly highlights of my experience. I especially appreciated how much they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I can’t recommend Dr. Dion highly enough. As someone with a trauma history, exams have always been really difficult for me — but Dr. Dion made the entire experience feel safe. She was patient, gentle, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way, never rushing me and always checking in. She genuinely listened and treated me with such care and respect.
