Shadow took care of our bearded dragon while we were away on an 11-day vacation. Shadow took great care in getting to know about us and our pet before we left, kept a thorough log of their time with our pet, and followed-up after our vacation with observations and tips on pet care. As a newer pet owner, Shadow gave us great peace of mind while we are on vacation and even went above and beyond picking up packages that were left on our porch. Shadow's in-home grooming service was fantastic and saved me a considerable amount of drive time. She was incredibly patient and gentle with my rabbit. Her calm presence clearly helped and my animals took to her right away. I also appreciated how educational she was, explaining what she was doing and sharing helpful tips along the way. On top of the great care, her pricing was very reasonable—highly recommend!
