We used BCK for end-of-pregnancy legal paperwork for three children who were all born through IVF/surrogacy in Oregon - Right of Parentage through the court system, a hospital birth plan, and getting a proper birth certificate. They were great and couldn't have made the process smoother! No hiccups any of the times. Tabitha is warm and very competent, and there's great support staff too (thanks Shelly and Lucy!). Fees are reasonable and at market rate. Would recommend.
We are British resident parents of a child born via gestational surrogacy in the US. We worked with BCK for the US parentage application and court order, and birthing plan and related hospital documentation. They were brilliant. The process was quick, efficient and cost-effective.
