Lori shows me and my mom what to do in the gym and the workouts are just right. I like how the gym is clean and organized and it’s just the three of us in there. All good!

I have been working with Lori for months and I always look forward to our sessions. Lori is always friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable about how best I can work out, especially as a senior, to maintain good health, fitness and flexibility. She is also skilled at varying the workout routine when I am injured or for the natural changes in an aging body. I cannot recommend Lori and Body Image Fitness more highly.
