I had the privilege of working with Vicky for both my trial run and the day of my anniversary party. Not only is Vicky a gem of a human, but she's an incredibly talented HMUA. Leading up to the party, Vicky was extremely communicative and she made me feel comfortable enough to send her ideas and thoughts on what I liked and didn't. I would absolutely recommend Blossom & Beauty to anyone looking for wedding hair and makeup in the Portland area. Jasmine is very easy to work with and super responsive. I also felt like the price of the package was reasonable and fair compared to other companies I had looked into.
After reading through the reviews, I asked to work with Vicky and let me tell you, she not only lives up to the hype -- she EXCEEDS it!!!!
