RAPID is an amazing treatment. I wanted a massage - I needed RAPID. In 2 sessions Jennifer released blockages I had from years of injuries - falls I’d taken and thought I was fine since nothing was broken. For the first time in over a year I can lift my arm over my head without pain. If I lived in Portland I’d be coming in every few weeks now that I understand what my past ‘living’ has done in my body. I’ll definitely be booking several sessions the next time I’m in town. I should also mention this isn’t a luxurious experience- BUT so so effective.

Jennifer knows exactly how and where to find and address the spots that are causing stiffness, soreness, and/or inflammation.. She is respectful of my need to take precautions against airborne illnesses and wears a mask when we are in session. She also spends time at the beginning of each appointment talking about my specific concerns that day - every time, the treatment is targeted based on that conversation and what she finds during the process.
