Sita is lovely and the space is so beautiful and calming. I've been supported thru prenatal, heavy menses, hip pains, shoulder and neck pains, restlessness... And usually within 3-4 treatments, my body is no longer experiencing the issue. It's been especially effective for inducing labor, imo. I've done it twice and the first time, I was 2 days past due; the second time, started exactly on my due date. 🤷🏻😀

I recommend her and her practice to anyone, first-timers included. And while I have mini anxiety attacks around blood draws, I've done well with acupuncture needles. Give it a try if you haven't. And especially do so with Sita! She has so much experience and is very inclusive. One of the only practitioners I've seen publicly acknowledge the problematic name of the local acupuncture school that was in town.

Truly, the most difficult part for me is the laying still, but other times I take a cat nap. I'll see you soon for perimenopause, Sita!!!

Sita is the 4th acupuncturist I’ve been to in my life, and absolutely the best for me. She spends a lot of time listening to what’s going on, and has an incredible gift for knowing what is needed to help.
I have a complicated health history and several autoimmune conditions, as well as chronic migraine. I’m finding her treatments bring significant pain relief, and are helping my nervous system a lot.
Her space is calm, clean, and beautiful. The practice is inclusive and feels very safe. Cannot recommend highly enough, words aren’t enough. Worth every penny and more!

Sita is so gentle and takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes a plan to address your pain. After just a month of treatment in pain free. I cannot recommend Black Pearl enough and have been seeing Sita for almost 12 weeks now as I go through chemo. She has helped my manage my side affects significantly during this process while also treating me for allergies during the spring and hot flashes. I began seeking acupuncture treatment from Sita in 2016 for chronic migraine issues. It took 6 months of focused treatment, and I was down to zero migraines. It feels like Sita is magical, a miracle worker, but in reality she is incredibly skilled and knowledgable, she is an amazing listener, and therefore, her treatment is incredibly effective!
I have seen her throughout the years for things like lower back pain, relief from heavy periods, and every time I see her, the treatment is effective and filled with care.
She takes every type of insurance I've had over the years including: Moda, Cigna, Providence, and Kaiser. This level of access is amazing! I am so thankful for her!

Sita is a miracle worker. I had hip pain throughout my pregnancy that remained postpartum. I'd been to two different physical therapists and tried massage therapy before booking with Sita. She was able to diagnose what was going on right away and I found relief from my pain after the very first appointment. I worked with her for a couple months overall and each week I saw a lot of improvement. It's now been a month since my last appointment with Sita and I have been consistently pain free for the first time in almost two years. I am so grateful to have found Black Pearl and I would recommend Sita to anyone. She is knowledgable, kind and a joy to work with.

Sita is a one of a kind practitioner. After working with her through my fertility challenges over the past 18 months, we were able to develop a plan that supported and sustained a healthy pregnancy. Sita has not only been instrumental in helping me to become pregnant, but she’s also been able to help me with almost all of the physical challenges that developed during pregnancy, and now as I begin to navigate postpartum with my sweet baby. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to continuing to work together!

My experience with Sita has exceeded my expectations. Sita is so knowledgeable, not just in acupuncture, but also Chinese medicine and the combination of these two as part of my treatment has been wonderful.
