I got my ears stretched here and everything went well. I didn't have an appointment but luckily they were able to fit me in. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I popped in for a new septum ring—they had a lovely selection of jewelry and a great range of pricing. Everyone I encountered was super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for quality body jewelry.

I’m still giving them a good review because what happened wasn’t their fault. This is mostly just to get info out there so that other people don’t have to have the embarrassing experience I did.
You *can’t* use numbing cream for piercing. It’s illegal. I asked, and was told the previous day that you could. But I was told by a tattoo artist who probably didn’t know, so I ought to have known better.
I was so embarrassed I left it a hurry before I made a scene (not angry, just felt really stupid, and didn’t want to cry in public).
I’m going to go back another day and get it done. I’ll have more to say when I’ve actually gotten service from them.
Update: today I went back and got my left nostril pierced, my first non - ear piercing. Ramona was my piercer and she did a very good job. She helped me understand the process, told me what to expect, and coached me through breathing while she actually pierced me. It hurt, of course, because I had a long needle shoved through my nose….but not nearly as much as I thought it would. Ramona did a great job. She also encouraged me to return if I had any issues, questions, or needed support. Very good service.
Despite my earlier embarrassment (my fault), I had a good experience and would recommend this shop to anyone who wants a piercing.

DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE. they sized the jewelry completely wrong (WAY too tight, are you cheap or something?) and now this is what it looks like!! 😡 OUCH! i have a ton of piercings and this has never happened before. second photo is with the jewelry removed by a professional at another shop. the piercing was literally starting to embed... that's like something that can turn into a medical emergency... before booking here, try somewhere else!

These folks were great! I took my teen in and they were both so fantastic. Friendly, funny, just all around awesome. Made my daughter feel at ease, were totally upfront about costs AND helped me figure out what to make for dinner when I was feeling fresh out of ideas! — they probably don’t advertise that last bit :) but I sure liked meeting them and chatting with them today! As for services- phenominal
