I was really frustrated with the situation I was dealing with, but after reaching out to this local team, everything turned around. They were quick to respond, and it was clear from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I’m extremely happy with the results — it’s exactly what I needed, and I can finally stop stressing about it. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future projects!
I have a low pitch garage roof and not many roofers know how to properly apply the material. After getting several "This is my I don't want to do it estimate", Black Diamond came (Fortino is terrific!) and explained how it would be done and what to expect. The crew came on time, did the work and cleaned up afterward. Fortino did last inspection to make sure all was done properly. I can't say enough good things about this crew/company. I don't usually write reviews, but these men were so good. When my house roof needs re-roofing, I'll certainly call Fortino and Black Diamond again.
Last winter we had a small roof emergency. Black Diamond responded quickly and solved the problem. It was a very small job but they still took the time out of their schedule to make it a priority.
