This was my first visit, I came in for a pixie cut, and was not disappointed. I like the results and I got a lot of compliments. I’ve had bad luck when asking for short pixie cuts elsewhere, so I was really grateful to Sadie.
This salon is a 100/100. Super friendly staff with a chill and relaxing vibe. Music was at a perfect volume and had some great tunes. Would totally keep coming here. I had Julia cute my hair. She did an amazing job, listened carefully to what I wanted and what she thought was best. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. I mentioned I was giving birth later on today and that my hair would most likely be put up. She kindly asked if I wanted it braided and did so at no extra cost. I would give them 20 stars if it was possible. It was my first time coming to the shop and I will forever recommend it for anyone and everyone.
I got a great haircut by Savannah which I always do and enjoy her friendly conversation. My feedback though is your new AI system isn't working right. I booked a haircut on 3/21 for 3/29. On 3/25 I get an email saying they haven't seen me in a while and offering me 10% off my next haircut. That's great but the offer expires 4/8?? So if my haircut was on 3/29 then I only have 10 days to get my discount? Seems like your system should've known I already booked an appointment 4 days earlier and also a discount offer should be good for 30 days from my last appointment and not just for 2 weeks when I already had an appointment booked
