Highly recommended, great experience, I’ve never had customer service like this at a bike shop. Andy was very attentive to my tuneup and dropped what he was doing to help me; which is the best customer service you could ask for. Thank you bikes for Humanity. This is a great way to rep PDX and lead by example!
Great project, Alex was very helpful, I was able to get some used fenders, bell, and basket for my bike for a very fair price
Very helpful folks, super accommodating to this out-of-towner as I was not familiar with their appointment system. Thanks!
