Yesterday Jeremy and Vlad came to clean our air ducts. They arrived on time and communicated each step of the process. They worked well as a team and as a result our system is much cleaner. First time using Better Air Northwest for the annual vent cleaning of our 65 unit condominium building. Our building has some quirks and Eric was great about returning for another walk-thru to make sure he knew all the ins and outs. The technicians, Jeremy, Juan, Allan, and Jason were all professional and thorough. We look forward to working with them again.
