I have kept my thoughts to myself for too long. My dog is too anxious for me to start taking her elsewhere, but Bethany needs to get their crap together. They are so unorganized and do not have enough employees to handle the amount of calls and clients they have. I ALWAYS get put on hold and then transferred to voicemail to leave a message that is never heard. Appts are always weeks out and they do not put notes in the files or share information with each other. I should not have to give them the same info every single time I bring her in! This is unacceptable. They need to get their crap together.

I have been taking my dogs to Bethany Family Pet Clinic since 2000. I often recommend them to friends and family. In fact my daughter and her hunsband recently transferred over even thou its further from their home. Thank you BFPC for all you have done for my animals.

Not saying dogs name or owner for fear of not getting records back.. but they have been going here for over 8 years! Called to have their dog seen nope can’t do it wouldn’t even recommend another emergency vet service.. you definitely are not a clinic that has a dogs best interests!! They have spent a lot of money here and to get this kind of service is just crap..

Dr. Norman and Michelle were very friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. We could tell Theo was also happy, as he didn't even wince when he got his shot!

The doctors and tech/assistant personnel are above all professional, helpful, and a pleasure to be around. They provide an atmosphere of comfort and knowledge to help pet owners best serve their needs.
