I recently visited this store and, unfortunately, most of the staff did not come across as kind or welcoming. However, Heidi, with the red and blonde hair, was the complete opposite. She was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She treated me with genuine respect and made me feel comfortable in the store.

While Heidi was helping me, another employee interrupted her to ask her to take out the garbage. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrupted our interaction. Not only was it disrespectful to her, but it also interrupted my shopping experience. I was in the middle of considering additional products she had just informed me about, and I likely would have purchased more had we not been interrupted.

Heidi is truly an asset to this store. Her professionalism and customer service skills stand out, and she deserves to be recognized for them
