New ownership since 2016 may have brought changes, but many are willing to give them a chance for tile or stone needs in the future.
Matt Berger in customer service has been absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond helping me with questions and getting samples ordered, and made the whole process so easy. Bedrosians is incredibly lucky to have him on their team!
I wanted to put a shout out to Yana at Bedrosian. She was very patient, when it took us a number of visits to make our final decision about the tiles we wanted. She provided us with samples to take home a number of times, and was very helpful when we would return and try again. Also, the tile selection at Bedrosian is very diverse and well displayed, which helps when pursuing their showroom.
