I’ve been seeing Remy at Be Abundant for Myofascial Release for neck tension & it has been transformative. What sets Remy apart is how they turn a treatment into a collaboration. I always feel like we’re working in tandem to address my body’s needs. They create a safe, peaceful space where I can fully let go, and they are masters at applying feedback in real-time. Truly an elite practitioner!

A part of me wants to leave a 1 star review so I can get in super quick, however, that is a grave disservice to the wonderful humans who make the magic happen. If I could rate at 6 stars, I would. Everyone is super nice, the facility is welcoming, and the care top notch.

Shannon was incredible - I felt so taken care of throughout the appointment. The entire team at Be Abundant seems to put so much energy into making people feel safe and cared for. 10/10
