I have been using Bay View Bldg Maintenance for many years. Denise and her team are courteous and always accommodate any building needs that come up. They do a fantastic job on my 4 story building and the carpet care is wonderful! Bay View Maintenance gets the job done!
My parents moved from out of state to live in a Frontier facility in Mcminnville. Last year they were happy here but now management has changed and employee turnover is very high. They have a very Nice floor plan in independent cottages but the food quality and menu has taken a plunge. Last week they ran out of food in dining room before my parents were fed and I hear they are often very unhappy with quality. They can't afford to move again. This is now their home. Hopefully things will improve.
