I came in a complete mess, I ruined my hair from years of lightening at home, I didn’t know how to care for my hair either so the home color and lack of proper care left me in bad shape.Claudia was very sweet and very honest which I needed. She dried my tears after I cried in her salon chair and talked me through a plan to get my hair back to being healthy.She cut the dead ends (which was a lot) but still styled it in a fun way knowing I was very uncomfortable with having short hair. My teen daughter got her haircut by Fern and had a great experience. He really took the time to understand what she was looking for, and also her regular hair routine (how much time getting ready, etc.) and lifestyle. The end result looked amazing and my daughter left really happy. We're really happy to have found Fern!
