I wasn’t an actual customer of Atlas Labs, but Kelly K was absolutely an amazing customer service representative. I needed some help with some documentation and she went above and beyond anything I could have asked for from her. She was an angel in all the help she gave me.

Dropped off a routine bag of roofing samples. They composited them together. Gave me results same day. I didn't expect that, yay. Nice when you get faster results than expected

Today as I stood on the steps of my severely smoke damaged historic landmark home, I was hoping the Asbestos Lab worker would be easier to understand than the last 3 insurance people I've dealt with. I was heartbroken that we would be out of our home for at least a year for rebuilding (if there wasn't asbestos.) When the Atlas Labs van arrived, I was almost instantly put at ease by the Building Inspector they sent. Preston could see my sadness through my forced smile and asked if he could give me a hug.
