I had my first lymphatic drainage massage at Aspire Total Body Sculpt with Liann and had such a great experience. She explained the process, answered my questions, and made the session relaxing and enjoyable. After the treatment, I felt less puffy and refreshed. The space was clean, welcoming, and professional, and I appreciated how knowledgeable and kind everyone was. I drive up from Eugene to get lymphatic drainage massages since we don’t have anything like this there. Every time I’ve gone so far, they’ve been so helpful at Aspire and the massages definitely produce results✨🤍 It has been useful for reducing inflammation and helping wedding prep. Hopefully I can make it into more of a routine soon!
