As usual, we had a good experience. They accommodated our request to schedule back-to-back appointments for maintenance at two houses. Chris did a thorough job in both places, answered my husband's many questions and offered helpful advice again as he has done in the past.
In early 2020, Anctil Heating & Cooling replaced our very old furnace with a new Carrier Infinity model. Everything went well, and we've been warm and cozy since. Until last week when the furnace started faulting. A call this morning to Anctil Heating & Cooling led to a tech arriving a few hours later and fixing the problem quickly. Several stink bugs had managed to block a small drain. The tech took care of that quickly. Then she cleaned a sensor and lowered the gas pressure when she found it was too high. In all, the visit was quick, efficient, friendly, and effective. I'm a happy customer.
We hired Anctil to replace our furnace and not only is the new furnace great, the expertise, service and communication was outstanding. From start to finish we were kept aware of timelines and install process details. The team had to do quite a bit of problem solving once the install began and they came up with the desired solution even though it took an extra day. Cannot thank them enough for their quality and service! Will always go back to them for future projects.
