I was super nervous my first visit but her kind, compassionate, genuine care for my needs and goals immediately put me at ease. She walked me through the process and science behind electrolysis and that first session was a breeze. Karen is very good at what she does and it has shown in the results I have achieved so far. My comfort is her primary concern and she will adjust her treatment method and settings to make sure I am tolerating the treatment well.
