I cannot recommend this hot yoga studio enough. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping people grow and heal.
Leah, the owner and lead teacher, is truly exceptional. Her depth of knowledge in yoga is immediately clear, but what sets her apart is how she shares it. She has a rare ability to guide students in a way that connects the mind and body, helping you move with intention and awareness. Her teaching goes beyond physical poses as it feels like she encourages focus, concentration, and inner understanding, which makes every class feel transformative.
What an incredible 90-minute Bikram session, from the moment we walked in, the hospitality here was second to none. The studio was immaculate, the heat was dialed in perfectly (intense but never unbearable), and the instructor guided the full 26-posture sequence with the kind of pacing and cueing that makes you feel both challenged and supported the whole way through. Leah warm and welcoming before and after class, which made the whole experience feel more like a wellness retreat than a quick workout. I have never really been into yoga all that much…but this studio and their entire vibe/dynamic has changed that for me. Leah is so kind and all employees AND clients have been so welcoming and supportive! I went to one of the 90 minute hot yoga classes and halfway through I had to leave the room as I got sick to my stomach. I was about ready to give up that day when the instructor came out, checked on my wellbeing, offered me a salt supplement to help with cramping, and encouraged me to come back to class!
