The office is tucked away at the end of the hallway, featuring large windows, beautiful plants, and relaxing views of the river and bridge. Liz is wonderful—gentle, skilled, and very talented at what she does. She is also trained to work with animals, so if you have a cat, dog, or even a horse that needs an adjustment, she can help. They also offer classes, and there’s a red light sauna available in a nearby room.
The infrared sauna is helping my allergies so much! I am looking forward to taking some pilates classes in this amazing wellness center.
