My appointment was met on time although knowing it is urgent care it was fine if it didn't work out exactly. The staff were all patient and kind. Assessments were performed with expertise from the nursing assistant to the PA prescriber. to the person who efficiently applied dressings to my wound.

Dr. Pang and the medical assistants were great! Their front office staff is terrible - rude and unhelpful.

I love this location. My top location for Urgent Care. No appointment is needed.
They are always professional, well managed team players who make sure we the patients are well reviewed of our symptoms and are well taken care of. After visit, if there are imaging or other requested items, they follow up with you to provide outcomes. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND.
The waiting area and office is simpler than most but the staff and professionals makes it a top care facility for me.

The doctors assistant Lana was sterrific , super polite and efficient too. If I had a company, I would hire 100 of people just like her. The reason I didn’t go five stars was although the doctor was efficient she had absolutely no bedside manner. It seemed like we were taking up her time. If the rating was just for Lana it would have been A solid five stars stars
