just had a new furnace and Ac unit installed at my home. I had the most professional, stress free, courteous experience that I could ask for. From my first call to Riley and Melissa to schedule an on sight evaluation, to Greg coming out to my home, with his vast knowledge and expertise, explaining all of my choices and his recommendations ( which were not the most expensive choices), to the installing team, Omar, Javier and Jacob, who went above and beyond providing a quality, professional install, and at the same time kept my home clean while work was being done. Last but not least the techs, DJ who double checked everything, fine tuned the system, and made sure it was operating at the highest efficiency, which it is, and Mike making sure I was satisfied with everything and making sure nothing was left undone. Greg also did one more final walkthrough to triple check everything, inspected every nook and cranny and put his stamp of approval on all, and made sure I was happy with all. What a team! What a great product! I am 100% confident, and know, I made the right choice choosing Advanced Heating! Many, many thank yous to the whole team!!
