Absolute con artists running a grift; get a second opinion if you have them show up. Wasted my time on an inspection, tracked mud through my house, and knowingly brought along a covid infected coworker.

Mike is very unprofessional. Read the reviews on his company. He scheduled us numerous times and constantly reached. We have been trying to get a new roof for months. He has rescheduled me 4 times. As we are retired and home often, the last time he scheduled he promised us to be here, so we made a trip to Seattle to avoid the days of hammering and dogs barking. He rescheduled again to the following week. When I tried to explain our travelling for this he yelled and cursed at me and said I dont tell him how to run his business and to figure it out. We called another company.

CONSUMER BEWARE: check out all the F reviews on Angie's List too. Mr. Parks is very unprofessional and once he gets his money you will get the run around on getting his crew back out to follow up on missed areas of roof treatment. We paid for a whole roof treatment and got most of that but areas were missed and a whole area above our north fireplace was forgot about as well as obvious moss dangled from ridge caps that could be seen from the ground and I can still see them today. Also, if you write a negative review expect a hostile phone call from Mr. Parks requesting you to take it down since it will hurt his business.
